HWP Herwood Inc. is a Canadian company specializing in the manufacture of pallets and wooden crates.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answering phone calls
• Carry out follow up emails (orders and other)
• Perform entry of customer orders and launch into production
• Develop delivery schedules of finished products
• Follow up after-delivery

Qualities and Skills:

• Proficient Outlook, Excel and Word
• Bilingual spoken and written
• Ease of learning in software
• Sense of resourcefulness and self-reliance
